Supervision Unit A group of engineers and technicians selected by the project consultant (sometimes the engineer working in the client's engineering department) who oversees the project's operations. The site supervisor is the most responsible person for each site. His job is to monitor the work of all engineers and contractors based on the site.

The supervisor is usually selected by highly experienced engineers to give final feedback on all the fronts defined on the site. The supervisor must have a high level of technical and design skills in addition to the building, and have a strong vision of the status of the writing so that he or she can guide all the groups working on the site.
